kill - postgresql

Hi guys. I was was designing a simple database in postgresql. I wrote a perl function in postgresql and execute it. suddenly i saw that it is running in an infinite loop. After i stopped executing of the query, i saw that CPU is in 90%+ load. I looked at process list and there it was. postgresql... (1 Reply)

Determine if words are reserved by PostgreSQL. METHODS
is_reserved( $word ) Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 7.3, 7.4, 8.0 or 8.1. is_reserved_by_postgresql7( $word ) Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 7.3 or 7.4. is_reserved_by_postgresql8( $word ) Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either PostgreSQL 8.0 or 8.1. reserved_by( $word ) Returns a list with PostgreSQL versions that reserves $word. words Returns a list with all reserved words.
