lm_sensors provides essential tools for monitoringthe temperatures, voltages, and fans of Linuxsystems with hardware monitoring devices. Itcontains a library for sensors access(libsensors), a command-line tool for sensorreporting (sensors), and a daemon (sensord). Italso contains scripts for sensor hardwareidentification and fan speed control.License: GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:
Support for virtual hardware monitoring devices, power sensors, and energy sensors was added. Sensors-detect was made safer.
