eTcl is a "batteries-included" thread-enabled Tcl/Tk runtime available as a single standalone executable. It includes several popular extensions (Thread, Sqlite, Zlib, etc.), together with a Tcl wrapper for the Pixane image processing library. License: Free To Use But Restricted Changes:
Parsing of color aliases in Pixane and Scene extensions has been fixed. A memory chunk was freed twice under some circunstances on Win32, causing an error message to pop up on exit. The toolchain used to generate Linux binaries has been updated to gcc 4.2.3.
