Devolved administration allows each institution to have their own administrators, leaving the site admin free to run the site. Group forums allow group members to interact and discuss with each other. The social networking side has been improved; it's now easier to find friends and groups, and all users have improved profile pages. Usability has been greatly improved throughout the system. There have been many smaller bugfixes and improvements.Image
