Poster is a fully featured blog application thathas most of the features expected from a Web logsuch as template support (the template is modularand fully PHP-scriptable), categories, multipleauthors, permalinks (for post, comments,categories, and even authors), and a nice Webinterface. It works on plain text files anddoesn't require a database.
