Has anyone used Verizon mobile broadband to go with ubunto 10.10?
I am new to ubunto and have had previous security issues with windows. How hard is it to use a broadband to go USB device on a Dell laptop with ubuntu 10.10. Are there certain procedures to follow to secure this type of connection or is it by nature a fairly hackable system for a determined third party?
Other choice is going with static ip landline with comcast
