FTP help needed !
i have to FTP some 80 files from server1 to server2. But after FTP all the files in the server2, i dnt want the mtime to be changed.

How to keep the same mtime while doing FTP?

Put them in a tar file, ftp it over, then extract the tar on the server, that will preserve things like mtimes.
