compare and combine two files
i hav 2 files
1st file
404149200000033F,919914540151FFFF,1,12F936
404149200000034F,919914540150FFFF,1,12F93

2nd file

404149200000033F,919781399967FFFF,10,1,0,1,1,0,0,
404149000148170F,919914060144FFFF,10,1,0,1,1,0,0,

i want compare 1st field in both the file if they match then combine it
404149200000033F,919914540151FFFF,1,12F936,919781399967FFFF,10,1,0,1,1,0,0,

o/p in 3rd file will be
404149200000033F,919914540151FFFF,1,12F936,919781399967FFFF,10,1,0,1,1,0,0,
404149200000034F,919914540150FFFF,1,12F93
404149200000034F,919914540150FFFF,1,12F93
