executing 2 or more files inside another file parallely

hi All,
i have 3 files
file1
file2
file3

these 3 files are shell (KSH) scripts. i want to place all these 3 shell scripts in another file file99 and execute these files simultaneoulsy

inside the file99 these 3 files should be present and executed simultaneously when i excute file99 (nohup file99 &)
nohup file1 &
nohup file2 &
nohup file3 &

in normal sense first file1 will be executed and then after file2 will be executed and then file3. but here i want all the three to be executed simultaneously.
i dont want to place them in crontab or i dont want manually to run them in multiple sessions simultaneously.

any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Well, if the three shell scripts are executable then Your example would work. Have You tried it?
You don't have to put the code of the three scripts into file99, just a call to their name. They will all start and run without waiting for anyone to complete first.
