need help with UNIX, awk and DB2

Hi i am working on a script which takes a parameter file as input . this parameter file is having SQL statements. I am fetching column names from the output of SQL file using following code:
while read Record1
do
SQLQuery=`echo $Record1 | awk '{printf $0 }'`
ColumnNamesSPcomma=`echo $Record1 | awk '{printf $4 }'`
echo $ColumnNamesSPcomma >>$3_$m_dt.csv
---

this is working fine
Now i need to add a statement in the SQL parameter file that i need to echo in the same output file $3_$m_dt.csv and i am using
-v "records rejected from ZGCTCD" in the SQL parameter file

But because of above code my script is only echoing word
"from" from the above statement...
can anybody help me with this ...
How to echo whole line by adding any it in SQL parameter file only rather than adding it into script..
Thanks in Advance
