Shell Programming and Scripting

As part of an audit at work I need to review a lot of Windows workstations. One thing I need to do is review all of the .doc files. My problem is that I guessed a number of these files would be in zip archives. This is the case but they are mixed in with a lot of other file types that I am not interested in. I want to write a script that will search the file system for .zip archives and and extract ONLY .doc files and copy them to a particular folder. I can get a list of the doc files using zipinfo e.g

I can then grep the file for .doc files, but any idea how I can extract ONLY the .doc files, please?

unzip allows you to name which files you want to extract.

The directory in a zip file is plain text, so you could simply grep the zip files for occurrences of '\.doc' and assume the vast majority of the hits are genuine.
