Removing a folder with no name
I have a folder with no name on unix.(someone created it)
How do i remove this?
anyone came across this kind of a problem please respond.

It is not possible to have a directory which does not have a name. Presumably it contains some whitespace or control characters. Clever use of wildcards might help you isolate it. Does 'ls [!A-Za-z0-9.]*' return the directory in question, and nothing else? Here again, for easier copy+pasting:

use "ls -li" (or "ls -lai") to get the inode number, then use "find -inode ....-exec rm {} \;" to remove it.
