Help in extracting only certain elements in file

Hi

I need help in sed a file which looks like this:-

5 if 10 20
{
7 stmt 11 21
9 else if 12 22

8 stmt 13 23
}

to only output:-

5 if 10 20
7 stmt 11 21
9 else if 12 22
8 stmt 13 23

Initially I want to eliminate any whitespace, { or }, and then the number of the second field of each line is added to third field. Then, the numbers gathered from line if and stmt are added again.

For example:-

if 10+20
stmt 11+21

Then, (10+20)+(11+21)

The same goes for another pair of else if and stmt.

Please help. Thanks.

Rgrds,
Jason
