TCL Socket max Limit settting

How to set the max limit for socket opening TCL

Are you talking about this use of socket ? Because there may be TLS socket, etc. As far as I know, there's no way to limit them with built-in command, but you can create a loop, who will check the number of sockets, and if they are above the defined, exit 1 or similar strategy. If there is another solution, I'd love to hear it.
