Help With Double Sustitution

Hello All,

Can you help me with this double substitution problem.

I have 2 variables declared as under

TABLE="TABLE1"
TABLE1_WHERE_BY_CLAUSE="where a=b"

I am trying to echo $TABLE1_WHERE_BY_CLAUSE as under but it is giving a bad substition error

echo "${{$TABLE}_WHERE_BY_CLAUSE}"
bash: ${{$TABLE}_WHERE_BY_CLAUSE}: bad substitution

Can anyone of you please help me in this ?
