SYNOPSIS

       ratfor [ option ... ] [ filename ... ]

DESCRIPTION

       Ratfor  converts a rational dialect of Fortran into ordinary irrational Fortran.  Ratfor provides control flow constructs essentially iden-
       tical to those in C:

       statement grouping:
