Hammer & Screwdriver KSH Scripting Guide
Greetings

Other than the Advanced Bash Scripting Guide and teh O'Reilly KSH book (no longer available by the looks of things), does anyone have a KSH scripting guide or related e-book?

The bash guide is great but the nuances in KSH make life difficult at times and a KSH guide would be most beneficial (c:}
