Thank you Peasant,

Achieved the solution by another way..
added "PROMPT_COMMAND='history -a >(tee -a ~/.bash_history | logger -t "$USER[$$] $SSH_CONNECTION")'" in /etc/profile and getting logs stored in messages file in /var/log directory...thank you
