I found PHP 7 integrated with many CMS now. But still confused that is it better than older version on Performance and Please suggest me some good hosting provider for it.
On Saturday May 4th the forums will briefly break when I switch our Apache PHP 5.6 module to PHP 7.0.

Set the pattern used by the formatter
PARAMETERS
o $fmt
- The message formatter
o $pattern
- The pattern string to use in this message formatter. The pattern uses an 'apostrophe-friendly' syntax; it is run through
umsg_autoQuoteApostrophe before being interpreted.
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
