This doesnt look shell to me.

Could try:
You cannot draw a box if you can just print 1 char per field, so you'd need some special chars, beeing a box themself.
So you could use such 'empty-box-chars' and colorize 'filled-box-chars'.

But as already said, this looks compiled to me.
Otherwise, since you have a screenshot, if you made it yourself from the script, have a look at the script or post it here.
