I am trying to parse a file searching for specific set of string and then within those set of strings finding a keyword. The script works the way that I intended it to be but I thought it could be a lot simpler may be.

What's the easiest way to search a file for a specific string and then look for other instances after that? I want to search for all Virtual Hosts and print out the Server Name and Document Root (if it has that info), while discarding the rest of the info.

Can anybody help me to correct my sed syntax to find the string and print previous two lines and current line and next one line.
i am using string as "testing"
netstat -v | sed -n -e '/test/{x;2!p;g;$!N;p;D;}' -e h
