Its easy when you solve it in c++ itself. Actually I have 2 solvers in cpp where on of the solvers output is input for the other solver. So its simple IO operation only. The reason for choosing shell scripting is large portion of code need changes to do it and time constrains.
I really apologize that I can't share my code as it is propitiatory for a company. May be I can suggest if somebody come across same situation.
