Really, i am not programmer. Could you explain in details:
Code:
awk 'NR==FNR {T[$7]=$8" "$9; next} {sub (/:..$/, "", $4); sub (/Root::/, "", $6); print $0, T[$6]}' file2 file1

Reformatting
Code:
awk 'NR==FNR {T[$7]=$8" "$9; next} {sub (/:..$/, "", $4); sub (/Root::/, "", $6); print $0, T[$6]}' file2 file1

and adding comments, yields:
Code:
awk '
NR==FNR {
        # For lines from the 1st file (file2) where line number in current file
        # is the same as the line number for all lines read from all files...
        T[$7]=$8" "$9   # Save fields 8 and 9 in array T indexed by field 7.
        next # Skip to next input line.
}
{       # For other lines (i.e., from file1)...
        sub (/:..$/, "", $4) # Delete colon followed by any two characters
                                # at the end of the 4th field (delete seconds).
        sub (/Root::/, "", $6)  # Delete "Root::" from the 6th field.
        print $0, T[$6] # Print updated line followed by the
                                # corresponding data saved from the 1st file
                                # (file2).
}' file2 file1

Does that help?
