Blade Count of files list
I have file list

F.lst

Code:
A.txt
B.txt
C.txt

I Have two file in path
Code:
/dev/null/A.txt
/dev/null/B.txt

Compare the file list against the path mentioned to check weather file exists, if exists i need to get the count of the files

count of above should be 2 because A.txt , B.txt exists in path

/dev/null on your system is a directory? If so, I am extremely eager to know the rationale behind that decision.
