Return line when line below has the string

I have a file with data like this. I want to look for MultiLoad and pull that line and the line above. I cant use the grep -B 1 I dont have that version and cant install on the server. is there a awk or perl that will do it.

Code:
"CMPGN_RPT_DEV_TT"."text1" (TableId 0029H 5CEEH)
bypassed due to pending FastLoad.
"CMPGN_RPT_DEV_WT"."text2" (TableId 002BH 6731H)
bypassed due to pending MultiLoad.
"CMPGN_RPT_DEV_TT"."text3" (TableId 0029H 5CEEH)
bypassed due to pending FastLoad.
"CMPGN_RPT_DEV_WT"."text4" (TableId 002BH 6731H)
bypassed due to pending MultiLoad.

I have tried this and a few other things like this.
Code:
awk -F '' '/^TabeId/ {tableid = $0} NF == 5 && $5 == "MultiLoad." { printf "%s\n\n", tableid}'
