How to get value of particular line?

From below text how to get value of Affected Rows in 10th line.
output should be 1000


Code:

If you have a trigger to find the line like PAYMENT_TRANSACTION_M_L, then use

[Solved] Problem in reading a file line by line till it reaches a white line
