Have you tried using find? Find command will search under sub-directory and you can specify file name as well.

Code:

Find /dgf -type f -name SG.csv

Find will go everywhere 00 inside 00 and 01 etc. What issue are you facing with find command? or what different o/p you want?

do you just want to display the contents of each sub directory? if that is the case then why don't you use
Code:
ls -R

command
