kindly help me.. while running this script am not getting the log files too... Please someone tell what change i need to do.. thanks in advance..

What "log files" do you expect to get? This request is as unspecific as it can be - no input, no execution logs, no error msgs, no expected behaviour - nothing anybody can work upon.

in Unix or similar environments, ftp command doesn't accept this s:script argument.
