What "keyword from other" ? What have you tried?

What is your expected result? I see two input files (possibly)? Please clarify.

KEYWORD is word which exists in another file.
Actually I have to replace this word with

Code:
1234,adf
214,fdff
455,adff

so far I have tried
Code:
sed -e '/KEYWORD/r file1' file2

here file1 is file which contains
Code:
abc,1234,adf
abc,214,fdff
abc,455,adff

and file2 is file where KEYWORD exists.

actually from this 'sed' command it copied all the data from file1 to file2 after KEYWORD line.

But I need to replace KEYWORD with some portion of file .
