Extract XML tag value from file
Hello,

Hope you are doing fine. I have an log file which looks like as follows:

I would like to create a file that would extract account number from <ACCOUNT_ID> tag. The expected output is:

123456
654321
.........

I used the solution guruprasadpr provided and it worked like a charm! Can you please explain the sed command you have used as to what -n means and what exactly it is doing, I would really appreciate it.
