SOAP module in perl
Hi,

I have executed the below perl code to check whether SOAP module is working or not.
Code:
#!/usr/bin/perl
use SOAP::Transport::HTTP;
print "Hai";

But I got the below error message:

Can't locate SOAP/Transport/HTTP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi
 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8
 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl
 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi

 /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi
 /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8
 .) at ./soaptest.pl line 3.

On my Linux machine the HTTP.pm file exists under /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/SOAP-Lite-0.65_3/lib/SOAP/Transport directory.Where should I copy the HTTP.pm file?


Any help would be appreciated.

You can re-try after copying HTTP.pm file to one of the directories in @INC or append the directory /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/SOAP-Lite-0.65_3/lib/SOAP/Transport to PERL5LIB or PERLLIB environment variable value.

Move SOAP directory from /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/SOAP-Lite-0.65_3/lib to /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8
