Error uucp (UNIX) problem

Hi !
I couldnot execute Unix uucp command for copying file from Unix to Unix machine, whenever I am using the following command :
$uucp file_name system!/destination
Error is "Bad System Name"
Let me know the way.

There is a fair amount of work required on both systems to get uucp working. There is a file called Systems (or maybe L.sys, depends on your os). "Bad system name" means it could not find the entry for the destination system.
