Shell Scripting - GREP

Hi,

I have a file called A.txt having the contents

MANI
REDDY
SANTOSH

I have another file called B.txt having the contents

KIRTHI
MANI
GIRI
REDDY
GAUTAM
MAHESH
MANJU
SANTOSH

Now I want to grep and get all 3 names in A.txt, from B.txt.Please send me a snippet of the code.
