Using arguments in Shell script

Hello,

I have to make a shell script doing that :

the program tests if there is an argument, if there is it checks whether this is a directory or not, If it is it opens it.
for any .c file in the directory it prints 2 lines in the screen :
the dependence line of the .o and compiler commend that allows you to make the .o from the .c.

so far I have that :
Code:
#!bin/bash

if $# -ge 1 then if -d $1 then cd $1 fi else echo pas d'argument fi

when I try to execute it the terminal says :

Code:
bash: ./premierh.h: bin/bash: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

I don't know if I did anything wrong, can you help me ?

thank you Smilie
