Parsing the data in a file

Hi,

I have file (FILE.tmp) having contents,

FILE.tmp
========
filename=menudata
records=0000000000037
ldbname=pinsys
timestamp=2005/05/14-18:32:33

I want to parse it bring a new file which will look like,

filename records ldbname timestamp
menudata 0000000000037 pinsys 2005/05/14-18:32:33

It tried a lot, but did not work. Following is the script which i used,

Parse.sh
========
echo "filename records ldbname timestamp"
DFILE=`grep "filename=" FILE.tmp | cut -f2 -d"="`
DRECORDS=`grep "records=" FILE.tmp | cut -f2 -d"="`
DLDBNAME=`grep "ldbname=" FILE.tmp | cut -f2 -d"="`
DTIMESTAMP=`grep "timestamp=" FILE.tmp | cut -f2 -d"="`
echo "$DFILE $DRECORDS $DLDBNAME $DTIMESTAMP" > NewFile.txt

cat NewFile.txt

Output
======
filename records ldbname timestamp
menudata
0000000000037
pinsys
2005/05/14-18:32:33

Appreciate any help on this.

This should be it
Code:
#! /bin/sh

while read line
do
tmp=`echo $line | awk -F"=" '{ print $1  }'`
DATA=${DATA}" "${tmp}
tmp=`echo $line | awk -F"=" '{ print $2  }'`
VALUE=${VALUE}" "${tmp}
done < file.tmp

echo "$DATA" >> outputfile.txt
echo "$VALUE" >> outputfile.txt

If there is a smaller and better approach, please post it.
