Read file and send email
I have a file like this. I need to ues this file to send emails to the appropriate ID/group.

For instance in the first line
- Subject should be --> "A1.csv - ABC"
- Body should be --> File A1.csv has changed.
- Email should be sent to A1@xyz.com,A3@xyz.com

Lookup.csv:
Code:
A1.csv,"A1@xyz.com,A3@xyz.com",ABC
A2.csv,"A4@xyz.com,A5@xyz.com",DEF
A3.csv,"A1@xyz.com,A2@xyz.com,A3@xyz.com",IJK
A4.csv,"A2@xyz.com,A1@xyz.com",LMN
A5.csv,"A1@xyz.com,A2@xyz.com,A3@xyz.com",OPQ
A6.csv,"A1@xyz.com,A6@xyz.com,A4@xyz.com",RST
