I am trying to present the Data from the 3rd file only. The files are more like a database, so I was trying to do the same as I would with them.

files look like the following:

data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data
data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data:data

etc.

On the 3rd file it has a column that contains their ID number for a lack of better word, but the horrible design of it also puts it in the last column to show the hierarchy

Yes, I you look at the code it only presents data when F (file number) is 3, the other two files are just processed to link up your records.
