How to print the lines between two strings

Hello,

I tried to use the examples from here to solve my case but without success. Could you help me. I have:
Quote:
asf
RBE 13 14
12 15
11 16
10 17
09 18
RBE 23 24
22 25
21 26
20 27
19 28
SADF
ADFSDF
what I need is to extract the part:

Quote:
RBE 13 14
12 15
11 16
10 17
09 18
RBE 23 24
22 25
21 26
20 27
19 28
I tried using

Code:
sed -n '/^RBE [0-9]/,/^ [0-9]/p'

but unfortunately without success. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you
