help in appending "0" a column

Code:
<<command>>|grep "^[0-9]"|sed 's/^/Dev /'|awk '{print $1" "$2}'|sort -u

gives output like below for a part of ksh script...
Code:
Dev 022
Dev 01A
Dev 1123
Dev 324
Dev 2345
Dev 024

I need to use some switch to get the 2nd column appended with "0" when the number of didgits in coulmn 2 are 3...
i.e., i need output like
Code:
Dev 0022
Dev 001A
Dev 1123
Dev 0324
Dev 2345
Dev 0024

Try..
Code:
<<command>> | awk '/^[0-9]/ {printf ("Dev %04s\n", $0)}'

We assumed the max length of your string is 4.
