Shell Programming and Scripting

Create a program that will subsequently list the contents of the file / files specified on the command line. Printed by the rows will be shown up.

Description of the command:
scrollfile [options] file (s) - scrolls the content of file (s) on the screen
default size of scrolling window is 10 lines, default delay time is 0.5sec

Options:
-l number of changes <lines> scrolling window lines
-d delay time changes <number>
-c count lines
repeat c-listing
-h print this help
