Help with a shell script ?
Hello everyone,

I just had to help at work with the new xserve and imacs we received.

I've put a loginhook on the clients, running the following script :

As you can see, it looks for the users groupmembership in the OD and then calls another script to be executed (NetDrives mappings).

The process is not very beautiful in fact... I'd like to have some more esthetic code, but no idea how to ! I'm not very familiar with coding, kind of a script kiddie... Could someone help on that one please ?

Show what output you're getting from dscl /LDAPv3/islxsrv1.isl.local -search /Groups GroupMembership "$log_user" please

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
