Cut file after 10th occurence

I have a file that I do a count on :

Code:
cp $file data1
  x=$(grep -c "Considerations:" data1)

and I need to cut the file after the 10th occurrence of the word 'Considerations:' in $file
# 2

awk '/Considerations:/ {cnt++} 
      {print $0}
      cnt==10 {exit}  '  inputfile > outputfile
