Please i need some programming in Linux shell to apply in many txt files to get some statistics and plot outputs. I need to read them all together as follows :

I need to get timestamp ( from columns 6-7 ) by rounding to 10 minutes reading. I want to get Time stamp for 10 minute interval for the traced data.
I need to apply other scripts on data for column#5 = 80
