How to read a multiple lines from a file n executing them?

@Anurag.. thanks but its showing some thing which i cant believe.. Now the convert.ksh script is getting 744 permission after executing the script. and the error being popped is

Even if i change the permission and execute it same error come and the permission of the convert.ksh sript changes to 744.(execute permission gets deleted automatically)
@..rbattle1.. Thanks friend for ur support.. But the find command was not working as it was showing this error::::
"find: 0652-018 An expression term lacks a required parameter."
