PHP quote question
I have a problem, I can't find the answer.

I have the following code:
PHP Code:
 while($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql))
 {
$newtime = $row['newtime'];
$octet = $row['octet'];
echo "$dataSet->addPoint(new Point(\"$newtime\", \"$octet\"));";
   } 
I need the result of
PHP Code:
$dataSet->addPoint(new Point("2010-11-14", 5323444)); 
When I run the query I can't seen to get the "quotes" to stay in the result. What am I missing? I have tried adding extra \ or removing the \ but that just errros out.

I am sure it is a easy question for someone...
