I have just installed solaris on my PC (standalone). It allows to reboot. But IF I shut down and the restart by pressing the button - It does not show my solaris OS and I am then forced to perform fresh installation.

And when its booting, I get this warning 3 times and the system wait a considerable amount of time there before proceeding.

I understand that by putting in entries into the /etc/inittab file. We can actually call the our scripts during startup.
mkitab "start_server:2:once:sh /scripts/startserver.sh"
