I still think that this as a MOSDOS format text file not a unix format text file.

Please post sample results from this command which is designed to make hidden characters (like MSDOS carriage-return characters) visible:

I have checked and there is "$" at the end of line, next I created new upload.conf from the beginning by retyping names. Thank You for valuable help.

The "$" is okay. That is just the unix line-feed character. I expected to find MSDOS carriage-return characters which show up as "\r" in this method.

There are "\r" characters in your "cp: cannot stat " errors in an earlier post. In unix the carriage-return character is just another character and I suspect that this is giving you a mismatch on filename.
