Shell Programming and Scripting

I've got a script with one massive case statement consisting of about 130 entries. Each entry essentially passes variables into a compiled executable. Is it possible to extract the code in a specific statement? Each case entry is unique

My goal is to dynamically create a flat file to compare with a separate error checking script I'm working on.

What do you mean ? redirect also the output of the case to elsewhere?

I want to be able to somehow pull the Client variable out of the acc case entry. The catch is there's multiple case entries, and the Client variable is never the same. My end goal is to dynamically generate a table of case entry calls that correspond to the Client variable. For example:
acc,AuroraChamber
abc,abcClient
...
