Joining paragraph and comparing the difference

Hi Power User,Smilie

I have this tipe of file:

file1:

HEAD
HAIR
FINGER
NAIL

THUMB
HEAD
HAIR

NOSE
HEAD
LEG
ARM
....
so on
it's comprise of 12000 lines

I want to 'join' that into this form:

file2:
Code:
HEAD THUMB
HAIR HEAD
FINGER	HAIR
NAIL

HEAD NOSE
HAIR HEAD
FINGER	LEG
NAIL ARM

THUMB	NOSE
HEAD HEAD
HAIR LEG
		ARM
..... ....

and I want to compare between paragraph in first colum and second column, if they have the same entry or not. For example: the data above will give entry of

file2:
Code:
HEAD THUMB 2 #hair and head entry in 1st & 2nd colum
HAIR HEAD
FINGER	HAIR
NAIL

HEAD NOSE
HAIR HEAD 1 #'head' entry in the 1st and 2nd column
FINGER	LEG
NAIL ARM

THUMB	NOSE 1 #'head' entry in the 1st and 2nd column
HEAD HEAD
HAIR LEG
		ARM
... .... ....

Is there any solutions to do that? I'm run out of ideasSmilie...Thanks.
