Hi All,

Thanks every one for helping me. My problem got solved by using below command

grep "Job start time" inputfile_jobstart_grep | cut -f2 -d = | cut -f 1,2 -d ' '

where my first cut will give me

2009-10-16 09:29:43 Job end time=2009-10-16 09:32:42

and then cutting again on spaces and getting the first two fields that is 2009-10-16 and 09:29:43
